We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
Who is eligible?
Returns are accepted for items in their original condition within 60 days of fulfillment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or human hair.
Refunds
Full refunds are issued for items returned within the 60-day window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
If your cape arrives damaged, contact our customer service team for an exchange. Exchanges depend on product availability at the time of the request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In cases of defects, we will cover the return shipping cost to ensure a hassle-free process.
Return Steps:
- Send an email to info@getcaped.com with your name, order #, and the reasoning for your exchange or return. Once we have all this info, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Put the items for exchange or return in the same package.
- Seal the package and tape the return label to the outside of the Poly-mailer/Package.
- Drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
- Send us an email to confirm.
Once we receive & check the returned items, we will notify you by email and apply any changes including a refund/exchange.
